What venues will I have access to?
VenueLoop is completely independent, and we offer an honest, transparent service. We have no affiliations to hotel chains, hospitality companies or venues, so there are no biases around the venues you’ll get connected to. We match you with the best fit out there.
How do you select venues to shortlist for my event?
Once we receive your brief, we’ll arrange a discussion to discuss your ideas for the event, pull inspiration and learn about any previous events your company has held. This gives us a clear idea of what you’re looking for, so we can make this your best event yet. We’ll then reach out to every venue that meets your goals in terms of budget, number of guests, event type, etc. Generally, we like to put the strongest three to five venues forward that fit your brief.
How do I pay for my bookings with venues or event suppliers?
You’ll always pay the venue and suppliers directly.
How much notice do I need to provide for each event?
We work with all time frames – from “emergency” bookings to future events. Of course, it’s important to understand that the closer to the event, the more limited your options may be.
What is the minimum spend on an event to use VenueLoop’s business service?
Generally speaking, we deal with events above $2500. However, for repeat business clients, we can usually be flexible with this.
